Of course eating fast food is usually not the healthiest option, but some menu items are better for you than others (or at least the lesser of two evils). Here is a fun game all about fast food choices from the Men's Health website.

Click HERE to play the "Eat This, Not That" game. You will go through a breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drink/snack portion where you try to guess which menu item is the healthier of the two choices.

Time for the Gender Reveal!!

We had our ultrasound yesterday and we didn't want to know the gender right away. We had the u/s tech write the gender on a piece of paper and seal it in an envelope. We went to the mall and picked out a girl outfit and boy outfit. We gave the cashier a $20 and told her to open the envelope after we leave and wrap up the corresponding outfit along with the piece of paper and our change in a gift box. We took the gift to my in-laws house and opened it up in front of family and friends.

It's a boy!!! We can't wait to meet Rider Eli in March!

Here is Rider's first picture! It was so neat to see how he already looks like a little baby. It is so neat to think about how God is so intricately creating every detail of his body and personality. We love him so much already!
